Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor. She received her master’s degree in Counselor Education from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Since 2013, Amy has worked with individuals, couples, and families since 2013 in various treatment centers, as well as more recently in a private practice setting.

Amy works with adults and couples in therapy. Her areas of focus include personal growth, self-esteem, stress, grief, anxiety, depression, relationships, and addiction.

Amy utilizes various techniques within therapy such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, depending on the individual.
