Anne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. She received a Master of Social Work degree from LSU in 1999 where she was selected Outstanding Student of the Year. Anne works with adult individuals with a special interest in women’s issues, adult ADHD, anxiety, depression, and navigating parenting challenges.
 

With nearly 25 years of social work experience, Anne uses a varied approach to tailor the therapeutic experience to a client’s individual needs. She strives to help clients tap into their strengths to reveal their best selves and develop strong coping skills when life becomes challenging. Anne frequently utilizes the evidence-based therapeutic techniques of cognitive- behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and a solution-focused approach to help clients discover a life of peace, meaning, and wellness.
